1. Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using any offering from Syed's Academy (“the Academy”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Educational nature of the Services

The Academy provides educational content to support preparation for public service examinations. We are not a government body and do not guarantee employment, test scores, or selection outcomes. Materials summarize and teach from publicly referenced official sources; always verify time-sensitive notices directly with the relevant commission.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration data and safeguard your credentials. You may not impersonate another person, share accounts in violation of licensing limits, or use automated scraping. We may suspend accounts that threaten platform integrity or violate law—including provisions of Pakistan's Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act where applicable.

4. Purchases and refunds

Paid features are billed through Google Play or Apple App Store. Pricing, taxation, and refund rights follow the store policies you accepted with those platforms. For billing disputes, contact the store first; we will assist where reasonably possible.

5. Intellectual property

Unless labeled otherwise, original Academy content—including videos, notes, question banks, and branding—is owned by Syed's Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license for personal, non-commercial study. Redistribution, resale, or broadcasting without written permission is prohibited.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, overload, or reverse engineer our Services;
• Harass staff, instructors, or other learners;
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, or hateful material;
• Misrepresent affiliation with any government agency.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE ACADEMY AND ITS TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Provisions that should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) remain effective. Account deletion procedures are described on our Account Deletion page.

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
